NOTICE OF LEASE OF PROPERTY
The Shire of Narrogin gives notice, pursuant to Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to lease 39 Federal Street Narrogin, to St John Ambulance Western Australia Ltd, for the purposes of ambulance services, for an annual lease of $15,600 + GST pa, plus all outgoings, for a five (5) year term with a five (5) year option.
An independent market valuation of $15,600 + GST annual rent was received by the Shire in 2022 and the Shire is of the view that the rent proposed is fair and reasonable.
Submissions on the proposed disposition should be addressed to the undersigned or to enquiries@narrogin.wa.gov.au before 4.00 pm on Friday 6 September 2024.
