Local go-getters will be pitching their community-minded ideas, over a tasty meal, for your vote! What new amazing things will become a reality from this event?
Narrogin’s next live crowdfunding event will be held at Thomas Hogg Oval on Tuesday, 8th April 2025 from 6pm-8.30pm.
How will it work? We’ll use an existing model based on an international movement called ‘Soup Nights’. This will aim at funding small creative projects through community meals. A group of people come together to share an affordable meal and all the income from that meal is given as a grant to support selected projects.
Tickets are $30 and include both your meal and $20 of votes to support the project (or projects) of your choice! There will be a licensed bar available. During the course of the evening up to four groups or individuals will pitch their idea. At the conclusion of the pitches, all participants will choose which project (or projects) they wish to contribute their funds to.
This will be a great fun social night with entertaining pitches to hear, delicious simple meal, a licensed bar and the opportunity to support a small-scale community project.
