NOTICE OF LEASE OF PROPERTY
The Shire of Narrogin gives notice as per Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995 of its intention to re-lease 41-43 Federal Street Narrogin, to CSBP Ltd for an annual lease for a two (2) year term, $12,420 (ex GST) for the first year and then $13,041 (ex GST) effective from 1 March 2025.
An independent market appraisal of $31,200 (ex GST) annual rent was received by the Shire on 20 February 2024.
Submissions on the proposed disposition should be addressed to the undersigned or to enquiries@narrogin.wa.gov.au before 4.00 pm on Tuesday 2 April 2024.
