NOTICE OF LEASE OF PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSES OF A CHILDCARE CENTRE
The Shire of Narrogin gives notice, pursuant to Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995, of its intention to lease 30 Gray Street Narrogin (Former East Narrogin Primary School Kindergarten), to Little Kindy Pty Ltd, for the purposes of a Childcare Centre, for an annual lease of $15,600 + GST pa, plus all outgoings, for a five (5) year term with three (3) five (5) year options.
An independent market valuation of $15,600 annual rent was received by the Shire on 11 April 2022 and the Council believes that this rent remains valid.
Submissions on the proposed disposition should be addressed to the undersigned or to enquiries@narrogin.wa.gov.au before 4.00 pm on Tuesday 2 April 2024.
