The Shire of Narrogin offers professional planning and development services to local governments through either a fee-for-service arrangement or a 12-month contract for councils seeking ongoing support and continuity.

Our team includes two highly qualified Town Planners with extensive experience in statutory and strategic planning for local governments. We provide expert planning advice, development assessments, and compliance services in accordance with:

Statutory Planning

✔ Assessment of all development applications in compliance with Local and State planning frameworks.
✔ Subdivision and amalgamation application assessments, including recommendations to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).

Limitations & Exclusions

Shire of Narrogin personnel would need to be appropriately authorised to undertake relevant enforcement and regulatory services under your local government’s Local Laws and various State Acts, however we can easily guide you through this process.
