We encourage residents to report problems they encounter to assist us in maintaining our Shire.

Online requests are monitored and actioned during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm).

For urgent issues requiring immediate attention such as blocked road/drain, tree fallen across a Shire road or footpath, Shire tree fallen onto private property, please call customer service on 9890 0900.
